Pop star Charice also joins the cast, playing the nerdy Sunshine Corazon who is a big fan of Rachel Berry (Lea Michele). "Sunshine is kind of like a shy type," Charice said of her character. Michele described working with the singer as "wonderful."

Charice handled the role of Sunshine wonderfully and her two performances on the Season 2 premier were absolutely amazing. What a win-win as Charice has brought her "Chasters" to the Glee fan-base and her exposure on Glee and the accompanying Press introduced her to millions of new fans.

We can expect Charice to be in 4 or 5 more episodes near the end of the season as Vocal Adrenaline and Sunshine come back into the story-line.

I am in another country too, in fact, I am where Charice rose to stardom. And as far as I know, nobody makes a big deal about Filipinos being "Filipinos" here other than the Filipinos themselves. So go back to your corner of the world and suck your thumb. O_o\m/

@JRMGrrr If i were u i wouldn't say that. :D yes i am a filipino girl and i am happy to be in another country 2 represent my country. I wouldn't let my country/nationality down just because of people that don't like my country. So, if i were you i wouldn't say anything to Loveremo13 and just start 2 represent your own country and this goes for everyone in the world! You can't say Loveremo13 is a fly in tagalog(filipino language), thats just mean!

The reason y some Americans despise us is because of Filipinos like you. Nkarinig ka lang ng Filipino na nadaig ang ilang Amerikano, kala mong ikaw ang nakadaig sa kanilang lahat. They've nothing to be jealous about because they've more accomplishments than all the Filipinos' accomplishments combined.

@Loveremo13 Nah i happen to have some filopino (american) friends but they don't go on youtube trying to gain points off of Charice's talent/fame...........Go to all the other comment boards (Miley,Jbeiber,etc etc) and you rarely see people trying to take credit for there talent......I understand you guys are proud of your fellow filopino but remember, her success has nothing to do with you..and everything to do with Charice's talent.
