That was definitely shot from a hallway in the Shibuya Tokyu Excel hotel. I was lucky enough to stay in a corner room on the 21st or 22nd floor there a couple of years ago. I could have stayed in the room all day long just looking at the view over the crossing and across Yoyogi Park to Shinjuku. Amazing place!
