The criminals were breaking into cars and then deliberately rammed the getaway vehicle into the police cruiser. That is assault with a deadly weapon upon law enforcement, damage to government property, vandalism, theft.

We don't want criminals in our community. We don't want vandals and thieves. Hopefully these evil anti-social thugs will not be breaking our cars and stealing our property. They can go to some other place where criminals are coddled by liberal idiots.

@ATAHUALPA867 The driver could have but the passenger(the man getting beat) got out & surrendered! he wasnt driving, yes he was breaking into cars but when he had a chance he surrendered with out resisting. This is worst than lots of the other police brutality tapes with black people but it doesnt make the news cause their white. The other video from MPLS that had national attention was resisting arrest, im in favor of either but legally this is more egregious.

@ablasphemy11 Got that right. We are now the only major city in the US to not have a drug/gang unit. It was shut down last year because most of them were corrupt. And yes, Mpls police love to beat a motherfucker down, they sure showed me that 3 years ago behind First Ave night club...Beat my ass silly LOL can't say i didn't deserve it though
