Oh hello! Have you thought about the maximus muscle 247 workout (search on google)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my cooworker gained a lot of muscle with it.

@lauraemma20 That happens when you do it for the first time and you do alot of it. I had to do this stuff in volleyball and everyone's abs were sore by the next day.

hey I did this workout 2 days ago enjoyed it and felt the effects on my abs but at night while sleeping I am woken by my stomach being painful and the muscles aching.I eat a healthy diet and want to do this workout again but maybe I have done it wrong or pushed myself to hard any advice please would help.

@Rubixcubexx if you repeatedly work the same muscle day after day it stunts your growth... or so i've heard

I am going to get flat abs after a long winter of eating and not a lot of exercise. I want to be thin again!
