give thanks...the birth ball was great until the waves came closer together....Then standing and rotating my hips worked really well to help slide him down further. I gave birth standing up, leaning over his crib.

OMG can Tintaqi be my doula i live way in Miami but i will PAY to have her. I'm not pregnant (yet lol) but when i do i need someone to call LOL i want a natural home birth.
