Sadly seems Dr E Phillips(CPSBC) has no compassion to others rather than himself like many other cold academics who find themselves in bureaucratic positions.I'd love to see him repeating everything again from scratch, pass exams the system imposes to IMGs with ultimatum that if he fails he loses his registration and his warm position.After all WE MUST MAINTAIN THE STANDARD.

What a lot of nonsense. You can say this about those clinicians who do NOT know what they do as those who are true experts have time to manage everything. The system is a simple monopoly and an exclusive club to their own kind.
