Rainbow Kids Yoga Mini Documentary

This is a five-minute mini documentary of our Kids and Family Yoga teacher trainings in Mexico City this past spring. In it you can get a feel for the training and see some of the fun experiential kids yoga classes as well as a bit from the Family Yoga Community Class, which is a open to the public and a part of each 3-day training.
