Many home brewers graduate from bottling to kegging as a method to package and serve their beers. James Spencer from Basic Brewing Video introduces us to the Corny keg.
How long is the beer good for once it's in a keg? Does the keg have to be full or could I put some beer into bottles (for keeping or giving away) and then add the rest to the keg?
Just one thing to add to the video that might be obvious to some but not to others. If your naturally carbonating then leave your beer at fermentation temperature don't chill it and then add the sugar mixture.
Good video!

Thanks for any info.
