want to keep the sets and reps pretty low to train explosiveness, if too many reps are done than you will be training endurance, don't keep doing them until you feel the burn if you want to train explosiveness, only about 3 sets of 7 to 10 reps.

yes the heels touch the ground, the whole foot should touche the ground so that the impact is absorbed throught more of the foot

He returns to the original box for recovery purposes. At least, that's why i do it.

Yes thats right, I also have a lot of time to train and this is quality tech work and not fitness. It aslo makes the action clear and simple for everyone to understand. Most of the time I train by leading a group or with proffesional training partners so doing it this way can acomadate for others, always great for competition and motivation.
