It does sound good, you ought to try racing it for 10 years like i did. I am the passenger and that was taken at Baitings Dam Hillclimb (near Halifax). I think it was taken in about 1993. it made my day seeing it, Thanks 72degrees

Anyone remember a bike called a 'Benthor Bonneville'? A Bonnie obviously, but have been trying to track this one down for years. Last seen at Baitings many years ago. Seem to remember it was silver with red pinstriping. Maybe also saw it at Esholt sprint, Bradford. May not have competed but the build quality and paint job were superb. Could have been 70s onwards...
Also have a few stills of Baitings over the years - and Esholt. Excellent vid BTW!
The Water Authority that own the dam and access road stopped them on Health & Safety grounds as far as I know. Still plenty of other speed hill climbs running in the UK and even one or two new hills recently. Google "National Hill Climb Association".
