it wasn't about whether or not they made enough money, it was about that they DESERVED a share of the money from itunes and reruns and those things, because it was unfair that the network company got an unlimited amount of money depending on downloads, etc, but the writers had fixed salaries when they were the ones making the episodes

Kathrien higel or how ever you spell that girls name said "it's hard to understand if your not in the business" you bet your fucking ass it is if you saw the first part wow the pissed me off if you think about it there just actors bagging fir more of our money and I don't have it I watch everything on the internet and do I care that you don't get money form It no if the show goes if air the fuck it but stop begging for Money it's selfish I can pay for cable so internets my only way to watch tv

To be honest i never really understood the writers strike. It wasn't really explained much in detail over here.

@crunkingirl "Deserves???" Why would someone need to deserve to be at a protest? He may not be apart of the show anymore but if he still supports not only the show but the writers then he has the right to show that support. He's still an actor and still part of the business. You may not agree with his opinion whatever he said to get him fired from the show, but saying he doesn't "deserve" to be there and show his support for the cause is just small minded.
