Part 2 of this video shows how the Killer Bee v2 works great with a 3 channel radio, and allows you to operate LED headlights and have a kill switch. The Killer Bee v2-S is made especially to work with Spektrum radios.

  • does the killer v2 work with fail safe mode with the splitter cable design? because in part 1 extension of this video you mentioned that the v1model was dangerous to run with a splitter as it could "mix up" the accelerator and brake....?

  • @ThePaintballz We have changed the software a little since releasing this video. With a v2/v2-S Killer Bee you can set the failsafe however you want. If you have a 3 channel Spektrum radio and a v1 Killer Bee you need to make sure that your failsafe is set to turn the Aux channel off, instead of On, during a radio glitch. I discuss this in more detail in the forum on our website. For 2 channel Spektrum radios get a v2-S. There is a compatibility chart in the FAQ section of our website.

  • Do the Killer Bee v1 and v2 work with Futaba 4pl ??

  • @TheJacke08 Yes. Both the v1 and v2 will work with the 4PL. Get a v1 if you want to kill the engine with an Aux button on the transmitter.

  • NICE!

The killer bee kill switch is smart.

    Really cool system....

Do you guys have or will have support for the hpi 2.4ghz Rx??

  • @blackeye09 Thanks. There will never be a kill switch for the HPI 2 channel 2.4ghz radio. It's impossible because of the their radio design. If it was possible I would have already done it. Sorry.

  • @pb2themax i only bought my baja 5b about a week ago and in my research i found that the killswitch is one of the most important bits of kit to buy, i have the standard hpi transmitter and receiver, would this still be a danger? is it still possible for me to mix the accelerator and brake up?

  • @pb2themax

    oh i see thanks anyways,

keep up the good work bro
