If you look at Gato you can see the stomp dust animation going on. He doesn't leave the ground because they cancel it with A so he stays grounded. That is how he charges his meter so fast.

You do his stomp cancel, which goes qcb + B/D, then you have to press A right around the time he makes the stomp noise before the stomp animation. The timings are different depending on the which one you do B/D.

The first match from Dong Hwan's player is amazing, DP against DM, DM after a air guard cancel, both in high level tournament and with the most part of stamina left...this player is crazy in the good way of the sence...
