also the ladie didnt say the baby was teasing, but teething. teasing would be just too frickin creepy. lol

At the end after she killed the man and took his blood to feed the baby and when the other woman tries to kill the mother, the mother and somebody else (I don't remember who) are out in an RV. The mother and the baby are in the RV. And since the baby has grown and gotten bigger, it needs more blood to survive now, so it is still sucking the blood from the mother's breast, and the mother says, 'She's teasing'. So yeah its kind of a bullshitter ending. This movie is really creepy.

The mom had died at the end of the movie, so the midwife took the baby, and was living in an Rv with her assistant, and thats who the baby was feeding from.
