And use them at least once-twice a week. I developed a relationship with that fleet and tipped drivers well. After a time, they would offer me to call them, no matter where I was and they would come a get me. Them having my back has meant so much to me!

Owned by middle eastern family & used them all the time. When I got to Boston things had changed dramatically. A disabled service runs on time, uses a computer reservation system. Each time I moved, tho, I would find the most trustworthy cab fleet

The city gave me discount chits but most I paid out of pocket. My largest expense after meds was transit.they had numerous taxi services, and some simply would not take me when they saw the chair. I discovered a taxi fleet

When I lived in suburbs of Chicago 1996-2006, the had a door2door bus for everyone, it was difficult to use, always large waits, and being forgotten and left. The only alternative was to use taxis.

CHRIS, YOU SHOULD HAVE AT LEAST TAKEN A LOOK AT THE INSIDE OF ONE OF THE NEW VANS, OR EVEN ASKED TO TAKE A RIDE. I HAVE TO AGREE WITH THE OTHER POSTER, THAT YOU SEEMED ANNOYED OR NOT EVEN INTERESTED.
