Minecraft - Shadow Moses Island, Metal Gear Solid Tour Part 1

Quick tour of my Shadow Moses build. Takes you from the SDV to the Underground Passage. Started working on it around version 1.8, took about a month away from it, then finally came back about a week ago. Not every room is a perfect 1:1 ratio, but most of the building seemed to work itself into place.

Let me know if you have any suggestions on the way I did things, and if anyone out there enjoys working on Minecraft texture packs, sure would be cool if you came up with a MGS pack for me to use.

Btw I really like how you made this map, I been planing to do a recreation myself, did a little bit here and there, also had 1 to 1 scale in mind, but I also wanted functionality for the M1 A1 Tank being able to fire and such, but I started off with Metal Gear Rex... @MercenaryZack Your Rex is bad ass dude! Way better then what I had in mind. The funny thing is, that's where my build idea came from too. I was just gonna build a giant metal gear, but then went with doing the whole damn complex to put the metal gear in. Thanks for writing and keep in touch if any projects develop.

@Kecajaligator Looks like a couple of us had the same idea at about the same time Before I started building, did a quick youtube search and found nothing, then of course as soon as I upload, Shadow Moses builds fill the related videos section.

I saw your vids but had to stop after the underground passage (I didn't build that far yet). Even though we were building the same place with the same limitations, it's kind of eerie with some of the similar decisions we made. Love your elevators though

Amasing could you please make a download link of this portion of the map. I really want to make a metal gear solid minecraft movie with it. (Once I get a editing sofware that doesn't crash every 5 secounds)
