I work ten hours too and it sometimes seems so hard to get that time in to exercise. I also seem to feel hungry all the time. I am on a mission to lose at least 20 before my surgery (don't have a date yet but looking around March)
Congrats so far! Pray that you get to goal smoothly.

69.. congratulations.. 13 pounds is alotin a month 2 pounds a week is good!!.. so 3 a week is crazy good.. you look great, congratulations!! i cant weait to get my surgury, i dont even have a date yet!.. but you look great, congrats:) the excersize will get easier as the punds go down.. but good job so far :)
