BMP is a russian acronym, the words in which mean literally "Infantry Fighting Vehicle." Think LAV-25 or the M2 "Bradley" for American Military equivalents or The Warrior in Great Britain.

Ich habe meine Ausbildung zum Unteroffizier auf diesem Fahrzeug gemacht und war sehr begeistert. Das Gerät war einfach gebaut, gut zu reparieren, schnell und wendig. Ich hätte ihn gern in meiner Garage.

I like US weapons a lot. But i really like this particular APC (Armored Personnel Carrier). To me it's very simple, effective and dependable.

It's still one the best APC around.

the BMP-1 is not made to take on the bradly... however the BMP-2 can, and so can the BMP-3 both of which are infact BETTER than the bradley

This Infantry Battle Machine looks far better than M2A2 Bradley... (if we are talking just about design)
