http://www.therenegadehealthshow.com - A lot of you have been asking what I've been eating lately...
So today, I'm going to share exactly what I've eaten on a regular basis for the last 4-5 weeks. It's pretty instructive, considering the candida issue that I've been having.
I will spare you the pictures, but I recently expelled a massive chunk of yeast that was about half the size of a golf ball.
That is good news, because I know it's coming out!
I also answer a bunch of other questions about dulse, food processors, the vitamix blender and more!
Take a look...

I discovered your videos just this morning and I'm so inspired! I've watched about 11 of them in a row now while I re-organize my kitchen! Thanks!

Aloha. I appreciate the video and just wanted to contribute some knowledge regarding what was said at the end of the video regarding the use of hydrogen peroxide (H-O-O-H) for sterilization purposes. Keep in mind that HOOH will dissociate into 2 *OH free radicals which is obviously NOT good for your body. So, if you do decide to use HOOH make absolutely sure you then rinse your food with plenty of water afterwards to wash away the residual HOOH left over on your food. Much love all.

I eat an orange, an apple, some avocado, and a banana and then a big bowl of oatmeal :( and almonds for breakfast. Lunch-salad with nuts, rice aaand beans. snack- like 5 oranges. dinner-more beans and nuts, green smoothie. I KNOW ITS SO COOKED :( I failed on raw because i can't get enough calories:( Kevin, how do you function on what seems so little?

Breakfast--a fruit and greens and superfood smoothie--with all the fiber left in. Lunch- a big salad with as huge a variety of stuff as I have in my garden and fridge. My favorite dressing is just some EVOO (Bariani) and a squeeze of lemon or lime. Dinner varies. Sometimes another smoothie, sometimes another salad. Now that the weather is cooler I've added back a little of cooked food--either some brown rice or some beans. I'm fairly new to raw and struggling a little through this first winter.

Breakfast is a green smoothie with leafy greens, 1-2 apples, and 1/4 cup frozen berries. I also add flax, coconut oil, and some olive oil. before lunch I drink a tall glass of lemon water and than a glass of apple cider vinegar water. Lunch is a salad topped with lemon and maybe fish oil. Dinner could be asparagus and chicken or acorn squash as it's in season. I might have some whole wheat pasta or bread during a day but i am working my way to 100% raw diet.
