Though I don't mean to say the video was bad, it was actually pretty good, where did you film it, this is the only Sri Lanka Railway video I have seen on YouTube that has footage of the M9, which is actually a type of Alstom Prima

The M9 was built by Alstom, not GM. Actually,
GM doesn't manufacture locomotives, its former subsidary Electro-Motive Diesel did
M9 was built by Alstom of France not GM
