What if your hip pops?! =) These are fantastic by the way!! They have really engaged passion!! They make me happy! =D They are sooo good! And the arm swing video toootally helps me to relax my shoulders and engage my arms in my socket instead! I am not kidding, I searched everywhere for a quick dance warm up (within ballet) to help relax the shoulders because it's so important. I love modern dance though! =)
