The dictators in Tunisia, Egypt and Libya have been ousted, but what road should these countries take into the future. An Iraqi journalist, Mina Al-Oraibi, is demanding that the rule of law, rather than arbitrary oppression, shapes life in these countries. An Egyptian diplomat, Tamim Khallaf, says establishing functioning institutions is what should be given priority.
