"No, no known issue to test for." How about doing spot testing to ensure quality? OMG. this was a NEW product for them and THEY DIDN'T TEST IT?????? Buy me two replacement persians, you idiots and compensate me a smidgen for my family's pain - let alone my kitty's suffering. You could never wholly compensate me. You paid the vet and cremation bills. You knew they died. You have the vet records. Why did your contact with me disappear?
