  • hey bro. i play strictly motown. your playing with no funk man. you need to loosen up and slap and pluck the strings. it sounds decent but there is not enough soul and funk bro, it just sounds dead,

  • Come on people, this is funk! Put some treble into your tone, play closer to the neck, and PLUCK and SLAP those strings. Normal fingering won't work, use that thumb! Add some dead beats in between the notes, and get in the GROOVE!
