  • Next time try to interview more diverse people, like someone in a suit also.

  • @MOHtier1FTW If they were there, they'd be on camera my friend. Unfortunately, occupy SF needs a bit more man (and woman) power at their camp.

  • People coming together, uniting for such a great cause as Occupy-is really mind-blowing.congrats!

  • @sk1f23 They want equality under the economic system of this country, meaning that they do not want to be used as pawns in the great corporate games that run this country. They want the government to stop aiding the banks and corporations that are responsible for the current recession, and finally start to stick up for the middle class, not just the filthy rich.

  • Someone predicted the current times

    and wasn't Nostradamus:

"I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around the banks will deprive the people of all property until their children wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered."

    --- Thomas Jefferson in 1802 -

  • I love how people talk about the "bums" and people mooching off the system. Actually, the CEOs are mooching off all of US. We work a helluva lot harder - many of us have to work two or three jobs at a time AND try to raise kids too. And WE'RE the moochers asking for a handout, while corporate fatcats sit up in the office doing nothing more than directing the troops and bribing politicians? Really?

  • WE ARE MISSING ORGANIZATION. I KNOW THAT IN LA PEOPLE HAVE COME TOGETHER MAKING DAILY ASSEMBLIES WERE THEY DISCUSS RELEVANT TOPICS EVERYDAY. ONE DAY THEY TALK ABOUT JANITORIAL RIGHTS IN THE MORNING, IN THE AFTER NOON ABOUT HEMP (IF IT'S IMPORTANT TO THEM THEN GREAT) AND LATE ABOUT CORPORATE LAWS. THIS IS WHAT WE'RE MISSING!

  • @sk1f23 They don't even know what they want.

  • @Troland73 This is a very generous self-estimation of the number of people you have in your camp. Thanks for WiKi article suggestion though, it does clear some things up.

  • @sk1f23 This is from the wiki article: "The one thing we all have in common is that We Are The 99% that will no longer tolerate the greed and corruption of the 1%."
