This is the tail end of a conditioning circuit. It starts with 10 pushups, 5 kb swings each side, 5 kb clean-squat-press each side, and 5 more kb swings each side. Then into this tire drag/box jump/tire drag medley. Definitely will get your breath up. I didn't get film of the whole thing, because we did the first part at the same time.
