Life Energy Philosophy is an attempt to combine and simplify what both Spirituality (predominantly Buddhist Philosophies) and Science already Know about Consciousness and Perception.

Once we have a basic understanding of how the Life Energy of our Thinking works, we can then take the Time to teach ourselves to do it Better.
