Paul Hagen's Campaign Kickoff (part 2/3)

Arcata Planning Commissioner and attorney Paul Hagen announces his campaign for District Attorney of Humboldt County to a group of supporters at the Eureka Women's Club in Eureka, CA on March 12, 2010. Introducing Hagen were Wiyot Tribal Chair Cheryl Seidner, Arcata Councilmember Mark Wheetley and Humboldt County Supervisor Mark Lovelace. Hagen also took questions from Charles Douglas of the Humboldt Sentinel, Thadeus Greenson of the Times-Standard and Ryan Burns of the North Coast Journal.

Hagen faces incumbent District Attorney Paul Gallegos and challengers Kathleen Bryson and Allison Jackson in the June 8, 2010 primary election, and if no candidate has majority support, the top two contenders will advance to a run-off election in November.
