Mykulyntsi (Ukrainian: Микулинці) is a urban village in the Ternopil' Oblast in Ukraine. The village is located on the Seret River, 20 kilometers to the south of Ternopil'.

Historical heritage of Mykulyntsi includes the remains of the castle of countess Anna Iordanova which later belonged in particular to magnates Potocki (16-18 centuries) as well as the Trinity Roman-Catolic Church (1779).

Today, there are people living in one of the reconstructed towers on the territory of the castle. The owners are Stefaniya Baloy, a pensioner, her husband Roman and five tenants.
