This is just one study, and needs to be replicated for verification. I would be interested in seeing the statistical results, and exactly what type of model they used in the study. This is clearly not the final word on the matter though, as I have seen similar studies that paint a bad picture for caffeinated coffee as well.

Possibly it's because they soak the beans in ethyl acetate and other chemicals, so drink Swiss Water Process coffee from Canada, problem solved.

to clarify my statement. they come from the same species of plant and all start out caffinated.
