ABOUT THE PROGRESSIVE AUTOMOTIVE X PRIZE
Our goal is to inspire a new generation of viable, safe, affordable and super fuel efficient vehicles that people want to buy.
$10 million in prizes will be awarded in September 2010 to the teams that win a rigorous stage competition for clean, production-capable vehicles that exceed 100 MPG energy equivalent (MPGe). We are proud to announce that the on-track Competition Phase will be hosted at Michigan International Speedway.
You choose a bad team name, do some more research guys.
Edison should be known for what he did to tesla, abused his money and power to make dc the standard for household power at all costs no matter what it cost the country and our future. Corporate greed personified. He was inferior to tesla and not being man enough to beat tesla honestly he resorted to undermining tesla's career, not paying tesla, and even publicly electrocuting elephants/dogs in an attempt to make a/c appear dangerous.
