It's from Born Under a Bad Sign. Sammy was possessed and paid a visit to Jo. He knocked her out, tied her up, and used her as bait for Dean. Really great episode. ;)

hey, great job, awesome video, I love the song! Jo and Dean really are the best pair, she has just the attitude and spunk to put up with all of Dean's antics. i hope they find some way to bring Dean back from hell. they cant kill of one of the hottest main characters! when he died my sister and i were like "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!". its horrable cus they were so close to saveing him!
