How to change your Vista, or Windows 7 Ultimate password without knowing it IN 17 SEC!!!

This is how to change a Vista or 7 password without knowing it. So if your friend or someone changed your password, or your want to change their password, here's how. In 17 Sec. I think this only works on Ultimate...it has not been tested for Home, Pro, Business, or Basic. Let me know if you have basic, home, pro, or whatever and tell me if it worked. My computer doesn't have a local users and group section either. I have Vista. I'm not retarded and there's never any reason to call someone names just because you have figured out a few things on a computer and others haven't.
