It's truly a sad feeling watching romania's matcehes in our daws, seeing how they struggle to mentain, let's say 35-40% of the performence wich they demonstrated in the 90's. And when a match isn't very good I always think that once, not so long ago, we coul'd have beat the shit out of everyone!...and I mean it!....I follow the matches in our days and if this team would reserect again it would AT LEAST be in the top 10 national teams of the world.

I saw this match in 1994. I dont get tired to see it again and again. You learn from it. It is an example for all who play professional and amateur (without going football school), including trainers. For me Romania based its triumph on defensive order. Petrescu, Prodan, Belodedicci, Monteanau, Prunea. In the middle; Monteanu, Lupescu, tibor Selymes both defensive and offensive labor. Forward inspiration, geniality, technique, and effectiveness.
