I'm from California and worked in a recruitment office in Sacramento and believe me PLENTY of illegal aliens join the Forces even now. It has never been a strange thing for undocumented foreigners to join up after INS tags them. A hell of a lot of explosive experts are of the Hispanic Persuasion.

If you think army is a place where you will join and work in a very professional place. Think again. They are so crude, yelling, cursing at your face all the time. They dont care if you are educated, in fact if you are it will be worse. They (enlisted ranks) will hate you even more.
They treat you just like a slave. If you worked under such conditions in the Civilian world you would be able to sue them . In the Army you have 2 options. Shut Up or QUIT.

If you think you will just go in the amry , sit in a nice professional office and do translation job. Think again. HAHA its not that way. Army is not the NAVY or Air Force. They are so crude, cursing , yelling all the time at your face. Its like working like a slave.
In the real Civilian world if some one treated you like that at work, it will be a major law suite. In the army, you have 2 options. Shut up or quit.
