K d is such a sweet person. I love her modesty. Intelligent, incredibly talented and yet so humble and down to earth. What a great person she is in this world of ours!

k.d. was her usual fatastic self during
the interview despite an obviously nervous
female interviewer. And the interview was
long distance!! LOL!! What would that woman have said/done had it been a live and IN PERSON interview??? Seems like
old double standards and attitudes still
prevail even if cleverly camoflagued. But
k.d. is a shining example of poise despite
it, or perhaps because of it! WTG k.d.!! We
love you.... keep the music coming!!

Perhaps she was, and the word 'beautiful' was totally over used! I think she made herself nervous because she seemed so strung up and tongue tied which isn't usually like her. maybe conversing with KD via satellite was too hot for the woman :p

i agree. melissa doyle (the blonde) was particularly lame in this interview. and that comment was pretty pathetic, was she trying to assert her heterosexuality?
