11 18 08 Multiple Sightings of Plasma-like Phenomena

First one light shows up then another out of nowhere. I focused on the light that was moving W-E silently. As I filmed the light began to change colors, intensity and character. They seem to be bursts of plasma electrical energy. But how would I know, I'm not a scientist. Pause as you wish.
