lol not sure if im the only one but I play ice and roller and could never do it in roller ,got ice time yesterday and could do it a few times,and I was using the worlds shittiest stick lol so its pretty easy keep practicing if your back can take it

you have to realize that all their sticks were COVERED with stick wax... it's real easy to do this with wax...try with no tape at all...then you'll get good at it
