2008 is the Tenth Anniversary of Google, our world's premium meme-tracker. How would you say Google has changed the way you interact with the information that is our reality?

  • would you consider ignorant or accidental creation as random? There would still be a clear cause, only it wouldn't be acknowledged as the cause. Or do you posit that all randomness has some unattributable (I think I just made up that word) cause?

  • That's a great question! And I think what I would add to that question is this:

Does that mean that whether you believe something was accidentally or deliberately created has more to do with your point of view than with what really happened? I talk about these ideas in a number of other vlogs:

    Thanks for writing!

  • Can randomness be explained as an infinite complex logic progression?

  • Hmmm. Can you explain what you're thinking about a little more?

  • OMG you are my new hero!

  • Thanks!

  • This video was like Canada in microcosm: great science - horrid music. Keep up the good work; Lovely commentary.

  • I don't what are you talking about?

  • oh i get it

  • I liked this but the song was garbage. no need for a PS to this. I'll be looking into the rest of these blogs for sure!

  • I disagree! :)

  • One thing Youtube isnt short on is debates .

  • Sorry my bad English. Is there anything truly random in the visible universe or does this randomness only occurs in the upper dimensions? If it's random then it shouldn't be predictable by, for example, an infinite complex computer simulation.
