Same thing happened here - unfortunately drank some and got a mouthful of what feels like snot. Called company that said they would send a replacement coupon to which i said stuff your coupon i would want to drink it again why ? Have uploaded a video of the lovely tea bottle slime and am expecting a company representative to call. Are they kidding offering a coupon ? Now will go be ill.
