If Pearl River don't use reputable importers [avoid Intermusic Ltd]they won't get a good reputation. I was given a one year warranty with my Baby Grand Waldstein GP142 and then the shop went bankrupt. So its terrible tonal issues where never resolved and contacting Intermusic and Pearl River Pianos in Germany got me nowhere. I had to sell it to get rid of the problem. I lost £3000 pounds.
