Color codes in the Character table:
White/blue: Solution found by people and sent in as video responses.
Red: Solutions I've provided that trumphs the people's records.
Green: Solutions I've provided for characters with no current solution.
Orange (none yet): Solutions posted by people that trumphs one of the current solutions.
Pink: Super Easy Solutions, allows you to start with more than 0 stun. Created by me if nothing else seems to work.

*There's no actual El Fuerte Hard Solution Recorded, but I declare that RufusSRK's "Easy" solution for El Fuerte counts as a Hard Solution
**Akuma achieves his Hard Solution by doing a post KO Super. He can do a Medium Solution normally.

From now on I'll only accept video responses that trumph the current response for a character. If you can come up with a combo like that, post it as a response to this video. I'll make sure to have the most current table here in the description.

Here are the rules if you plan to make any additional responses:

Challenge: Do a combo that includes a 10% (or less) damage hit from a Super. Record the combo, upload it, and submit it as a video response to this video.

Rules:

1: Obey meter restrictions. Start with full HP, no stun. Have Super meter on normal if you do a 5-bar combo.

2: Your response has to be of a higher level than the current record for the character. A solution of the same level might be accepted if it's impressive enough.

3: You can use Vanilla SFIV, SSFIV, or even SSFIV AE or SSFIV 3DE if you wish. If you can, have attack data activated.

NOTE that doing a 10% hit under the influence of Makoto's, Yun's or Yang's Super doesn't count unless the hit BEFORE activation did 10% damage, and you land a subsequent hit.

NOTE that the goal here is to hit with a fully scaled super. If you hit with a Super hit that is so weak that it get's rounded to above 10% even when fully scaled, I'll still accept it.

EASY MODE: Use both Focus Attacks and dizzy the dummy (or several Focus Attacks)

MEDIUM: You either ONE Focus Attacks or dizzy the dummy, but not both.

HARD MODE: You use no Focus Attacks, nor do you dizzy the dummy.

I don't think Makoto's should count. Her super does no damage by itself.

@Cheesaurus I made the Buff-Super rule so that everyone was at least ABLE to have a solution. Reach 10% before Super activation, then land a hit after activation, and it counts. The same will go for Yun and Yang.
