Fly Tampa FSX HD power director test

after uploading two films with windows movie maker i noticed a stutter in the video. i thought maybe i had fsx settings up too high and figured i didn't notice the stuttering while playing, so i lowered the settings to maintain 20fps pretty much anywhere in the clip. after that it still stuttered on youtube. this is an attempt using power director 6, that came with my computer to see if WMM is the problem. i was checking out power director 7 and it is cuda enabled allowing the gpu to speed up rendering so if this works i might go with that. if you have any advice it is appreciated.
