Sometimes customer service can be a serious problem. It's amazing to me that in this economy, customer service isn't more important. I've butted heads with all kinds. Costco is great about it unless you're buying tires. The tire guys are probably ex cons.lol Hell I have called 5 landscaping businesses here in Michigan and only one guy came out to give an estimate. Unreal.
