If (like most people) you are having a problem where you install Ubuntu and you can't get a wireless connection then this is the video you'll want to watch as I show you how to get the Wireless drivers. You'll need an Ethernet cable to do this.

Ok i've a very serious problem cause I have the cord and all but my computer simply does not recognize that its one plugged in. I have a toshiba c655 and i'm a college student, and i've done everything within my power as a CompSci Major to fix this but now i'm exhasuted. I cannot get internet with or without this cord and i do not know how. PLEASE HELP

how would i do this without an ethernet cable?? i have access to a laptop with wifi working so if you can maybe send me a link to dwonload the drivers on usb and put it in ubuntu manually

i just want to use my cross over cable as a router .. i had it setup for about a year using wireless on a pc ubuntu10 04 .. and now it doesnt work the comp was the router along with the cable.. inet coming in from a pci wireless card and a strong signal .. what to do now ubuntu 11 and lose all my data?
