Pak Mei Eagle Claw Sticky Bridge

(竹溪寺) in Tainan, Taiwan. This form was taught to me 20 years ago by Sifu Tony Tang in London. Respect and gratitude to Sifu Tang for teaching me Pak Mei Kung Fu - energy for life! "Eagle Claw Sticky Bridge" is a spirited, explosive form which should be played with fire in the belly- like a horse bolting from a stable. I'm not a young buck anymore - but I can still give it some welly!
