Youtube didn't like my music. I changed it to Imagine Me by Kirk Franklin. I talk about my week. I discuss feeling exposed in different ways. I share my experience shopping where I realize I was mourning the younger me. I talk about exercise and C25K. There are some before pics and body shots.

I have just found your videos and I'm really impressed with how you have come along way. I loved your exspoded video. I could relate to that many years ago when i lost alot of weight and now I'm large again and wish I was back to that feeling...

With Amelia no longer making video's ( she was the first person I found and very inspirational) I kept looking for a new person that had the same impact. You are that person for me. Your eloquent style and powerful messages move me! Thank you so much for sharing this journey with us. I am two months out and I too wish I could have done this years ago ( I am 48! AKKK ) but late is better than never.

Thank you for that nice compliments. I know Amelia helped to inspire me and I'm glad I can be that for someone else. You're right, better late than never. The rest of our lives will be lived more healthily because of the choices we're making now.
