It's falsetto, but I mean... DAMN, how can you go through death growls, High screams, and yet still falsetto a REALLY high note.

that high notes are simply unbelievable. I looked for a live version of this song to check if he's really able to hit that scream at 1:01, and man, I'm impressed, it sounds even better live!
