I absolutly love GTA ViceCity! The 1980's. all the scheming and backstabing and deal making and the lucrative drug trade, the clothes the cars the lifestyle. This mission and check out at the check in , The party,Naval engagement, Phonm Pench 86' and hit the courier and the final mission and the intro of the game where the deal goes down totally represent that!

No, that's for unlimited sprinting. You have to do the 12 pizza boy missions to get 150 health.

You Get 150 Armor Not Life When You Complete Viligant Mssions Level 12 (You Get In A Cop Car And Press NUM + CAPSLOCK And Get To Level 12 Then You Can Get 150 Armor)

That suit, the "Mr. Vercetti" suit, becomes available when you've bought (and possibly completed, I'm not really sure) the Pole Position Club.

I don't think there's any special reward other than the cash for each pay phone mission, but these missions do count toward a 100% completion of the game.
