menudo is a mexican tradition soup in the states ppl callet tripe and is not made from pork some ppl add pork feet for more taste but is optional is basiclly cow stomach and this yr the menudo is gunna be this JAN SAT 22 2011

Menudo is the 4 stomachs of the cow not Pork , the pork stomach is called Buche, also very tasty for tacos.

Menudo is made with beef tripe, honeycomb tripe to be exact, not pork.
